These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 7ktaya ("7ktaya," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 7ktaya online casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at 7ktaya.app and its associated subdomains.

By creating a 7ktaya account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

6. You have not previously been self-excluded from 7ktaya or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect;
7. You are not registered on any national self-exclusion register applicable to online gambling in the Philippines.

7ktaya reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 7ktaya may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 7ktaya platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering a 7ktaya account, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form;
2. Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
3. Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
4. Notify 7ktaya immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
5. Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, except where such activity results from 7ktaya's own negligence or breach.

7ktaya implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

All financial transactions on the 7ktaya platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 7ktaya supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:

7ktaya reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting additional KYC documentation, where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations or where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to verification.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to exploit bonus terms or game mechanics;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the 7ktaya platform or its underlying systems;
• Using the 7ktaya platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Accessing the 7ktaya platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your 7ktaya account.

7ktaya employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR in investigating suspected illegal activity. Any funds associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be frozen pending investigation and reported to the appropriate authorities.

7ktaya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• A player requests voluntary self-exclusion;
• 7ktaya is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Balances associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their 7ktaya account may do so by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

All content on the 7ktaya platform — including but not limited to the 7ktaya brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 7ktaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7ktaya platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 7ktaya content without prior written consent from 7ktaya.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7ktaya's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7ktaya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7ktaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 7ktaya platform, even if 7ktaya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7ktaya's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

7ktaya collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a 7ktaya account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7ktaya implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. Player data is never sold to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 7ktaya's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

7ktaya operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who wish to escalate unresolved complaints may do so through the appropriate PAGCOR regulatory channels.

7ktaya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7ktaya will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The current version of these Terms is always available at 7ktaya.app/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 7ktaya platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
